Jekyll Island, GA Driftwood Beach Engagement Adventure Session

When Jamie & Corey contacted me about doing their Driftwood Beach Adventure Engagement Session on Jekyll Island, GA I literally leapt with excitement!! This was a location I had been wanting to shoot for a long time and we could not have had a more perfect day! The beautiful beach light and interesting driftwood just makes for the most beautiful setting. I love how fun and in love these two were, always giggling and goofing off. They had me laughing with them the entire time!

Jamie and Corey actually flew down from Pittsburg, PA to do this shoot since it was April and pretty chilly still in Pennsylvania! Spring is an amazing time of year in southern Georgia because its not yet too hot and muggy and everything is blooming! Be warned about the sand flies however, these two did an amazing job of not making it obvious that they were being attacked by sand flies the ENTIRE shoot! To add to this amazing experience we saw dolphins pretty close to shore as they were having their champagne toast and the sun was setting!

Jeckyll Island is a such a great vacation spot with endless activities and beautiful views. Some of these activities include camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and so much more! It’s the perfect place to plan an Adventure Session or Elopement!
