A Sweet Fall Family Mini Session in Sedona

The Clark family came to Sedona for a weekend getaway and decided to make the most of their trip by booking a quick little family mini session while they were here. I always love when families do this, it’s such a meaningful way to document a special trip and capture those in-between seasons of life together. Sedona is one of those places that feels almost too beautiful to believe, and it makes the perfect backdrop for family photos with its glowing red rocks, open desert views, and golden light.

We met at one of my favorite spots for families because it’s easy to access, kid-friendly, and absolutely stunning both morning and evening. The kids were full of energy and curiosity (as they should be!) and we kept the session fun and relaxed, letting them explore a bit while I snapped those candid in-between moments that always end up being my favorites.

The day couldn’t have been more perfect, the crisp fall air, the warm sunshine, and that magical Sedona glow. Fall in Sedona truly can’t be beat, and this little session was the perfect way to remember a beautiful family trip.
